This project reimagines a 2017 KTM 250 EXC-F with a full visual overhaul, aligning it with the sharp, modern aesthetic of KTM’s 2025 offroad lineup. The plastics were swapped for all-orange bodywork to match the new generation’s aggressive styling, and a custom graphic kit was designed from the ground up to tie it all together.

From front fender to rear panel, every line and angle was considered to give the bike a cohesive, factory-fresh presence—bridging the gap between performance heritage and contemporary design. The end result is a head-turning machine that feels right at home next to any brand-new 2025 model.
